Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Trophy. Plain language, no surprises — read the AI Coach and Subscriptions sections in particular.

1. Who we are
Trophy (“Trophy”, “we”, “us”) is a tennis platform operated by Neuthereum. These Terms govern your use of the Trophy website and application at www.trophytennis.ai.
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
2. Eligibility and invitations
Trophy is invite-only. You may create an account only if you have received a valid invitation, and you must register with the same email address the invitation was sent to.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Trophy. If you are under 18, you may use Trophy only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
Trophy is a community. You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse another player, on or off the court;
- deliberately report false scores, manipulate rankings, or create accounts to inflate your own record;
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract other players’ data, or use Trophy to build a competing dataset;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or the invite system;
- upload unlawful content, malware, or anyone else’s personal data without their consent.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules. Where it’s reasonable to do so, we’ll tell you why.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you create on Trophy — match reports, messages, scouting notes, photos, and profile information. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate Trophy for you.
Some of what you write is private by design. Scouting notes are readable only by their author — not by the player they are about, and not by us in the ordinary course of operating the service.
5. The AI Coach
Trophy includes an AI coach. To answer you, it is given context about your tennis: your matches and scores, your rankings, your profile, your scheduling preferences, and your own private scouting notes about opponents. That context is sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate a response. See the Privacy Policy for who those providers are and what they may retain.
The coach can be wrong. It generates text statistically and may state something inaccurate with confidence. It is not a substitute for a human coach, a physiotherapist, or a doctor. Nothing it says is medical, fitness, legal, or financial advice. Any training or health suggestion is general information only — check with a qualified professional before acting on it.
The coach can take actions on your behalf — proposing matches, sending invitations, filing notes. Actions that affect other people are staged for your approval before they happen. Review them; you are responsible for what you approve.
We apply usage limits to the coach to keep the service sustainable. We may adjust those limits.
6. Membership, billing and cancellation
Trophy is a single membership at $14.99 per month. There is one membership and one price — no tiers, no add-ons, and no per-feature charges. Billing is handled by Stripe; we never store your card details.
Your free trial. New members start with 60 days free. We do not ask for a card to start the trial, which means nothing is charged automatically when it ends. There is no subscription to cancel and no card on file to bill. If you do nothing, your access simply ends. We will email you before that happens.
Becoming a paying member. You become a paying member only when you choose to add a card. Billing starts at that point, and membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancellation.You can cancel at any time from Settings → Membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.
Refunds. If you cancel within 14 days of a first payment and have not made substantial use of the service, email us and we will refund that payment in full. Beyond that, payments already taken are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we have failed to provide the service. If we materially reduce what membership includes mid-term, you may cancel and we will refund the unused remainder.
Failed payments. If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it cannot be collected, your membership is cancelled and access ends.
Access. Membership is what gives you access to Trophy. Without an active membership or trial you can still reach this page, our Privacy Policy, your account settings, and the option to join or rejoin.
7. Availability
We work to keep Trophy running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion.
Trophy is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Tennis carries physical risk. Matches arranged through Trophy are between you and the other players; we are not a party to them and are not responsible for what happens on court.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, matches, messages, notes and coach history are removed. You can export your data first — see the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end an account that breaches these Terms, or where we are required to by law.
Some records survive deletion where we must keep them — for example payment records we are legally required to retain, and match results already recorded against other players’ rankings, which are retained in anonymised form so their competitive history stays intact.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Trophy after that means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your local law.
